Marilyn Hudson holds degrees in History and Library Studies from the University of Oklahoma and has spent decades in the research and reference field.
Her knack for uncovering forgotten stories has helped her bring history to life in such nonfiction works as When Death Rode The Rails, Tales of Hell’s Half Acre and Murderous Marriages. Coming soon is a look at some true crimes of the mid century in Into Oblivion.
Her chilling collection of short tales, The Bones of Summer, has been well received and contains “Runestone,” a prequel to The Mound that provides greater insight into the novel’s back story.
A sequel is currently being written that will feature the psychic from The Mound. Shadowminds is targeted for early 2016.
Hudson lives in Norman, Oklahoma.
